We offer a very comprehensive service to all our customers that includes:

CAD Product Design – we can help with the design of your product. We have vast experience of roto moulding product design and like to work alongside our customers to produce the best possible design for the application. Over the years we have had to overcome numerous potential product issues so in our experience there is nearly always a solution.

Tooling – unlike many other UK roto moulders, we have our own sheet steel tooling company within the Excelsior Group and also located in Bury. This fantastic facility enables our customers to see at first hand the process of bringing their idea to fruition through each stage of the manufacturing process. It also helps us to keep lead times to a minimum and means that we are not reliant on a third party for potential quality or lead time issues. Finally, it also means that any minor tweaks required to a tool can be done properly and quickly, and that products can then be sampled within days not weeks.

Production – We operate a mixture of machines ranging from multi arm computer programmed carousel and clam shell machines to our tried and trusted open flame rock and roll machines – product complexity normally dictates which type of machine we use. Over the years we have built up an excellent reputation for service and quality, we don’t promise to be perfect 100% of the time, no supplier is, but we do promise to give outstanding customer service backed up by products of the highest quality. We work with our customers very closely and are more than happy for them to view our premises and processes whenever they wish.

We are also able to offer other add-on services such as foam filling of products, something that is particularly important for products such as buoyancy units where the roto moulding process is commonplace. We are also able to create a number of different product finishes and offer a mould-in graphic faclity for customers who wish to have their own branding prominently displayed on their products. If graphics are not required, for a small charge we can make up a nameplate which can then be moulded into a product.
