Steps

Both of our ranges of Steps are manufactured from 100% Food Grade Medium Density Polyethylene. Our Premium Steps are built to take up to 260kg in weight. They are extremely popular in warehouses, builders merchants and scaffolding companies where their incredible strength means they are perfectly capable to withstand the rigours of their workload. They are resistant to most chemicals and their smooth exteriors makes them easy to clean.

Our Standard steps are extremely popular also and sell particularly well via our own Equestrian Company – www.classicshowjumps.com

The Process

The rotational moulding process is very simple, and is ideally suited to small & medium sized batch runs. Particularly ideal for the manufacture of larger products, rotational moulding is widely used for products such as agricultural tanks, water storage tanks, street furniture, playground equipment, portable toilets and winter Grit bins to name but a few.

New product development

We are constantly looking at our own new product ideas whether it be in our materials handling or equestrian ranges. For 2011 we have launched two new styles of nestable grit bin. Production of these is already well under way with over 500 currently in stock, which will ensure that we have plenty of stock ready for when winter arrives. We are also launching several new products through Classic Showjumps which will be shown at one of Europe’s largest trade fairs, SPOGA, in September this year.
